Certification

National College Athletics Diversity & Inclusion Awards - NCADIA provides certification programs to reward individuals and organizations who excel in diversity, equity, and inclusion in college sports. We offer the following certification tracks:

• Diversity & Inclusion Professional (DIP): Awarded to persons who have undergone extensive training and showed skill in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within collegiate athletic programs.
• Inclusive Leadership Certification (ILC): recognizes coaches, administrators, and leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to promoting inclusive leadership techniques and establishing settings in which all athletes feel appreciated and supported.
• Equity in Athletics Certification (EAC): recognizes universities and athletic departments who have developed policies, practices, and programs to promote equity and remove barriers to participation and performance for all athletes, regardless of race, gender, or identity.
