Mission
The National College Athletics Diversity & Inclusion Awards - NCADIA mission is to recognize and promote achievement in diversity, equity, and inclusion activities in college athletics. We want to recognize institutions, administrators, coaches, athletes, and projects that show a dedication to creating diverse and inclusive settings in which all people can grow and succeed.
Vision
Our vision is to inspire and equip college athletics programs around the country to make diversity, equity, and inclusion basic values and essential components of their organizational culture. We envision a collegiate athletics scene that values diversity, embraces inclusion, and promotes equity at all levels, from recruitment and retention to leadership and representation.
